Online Registration Instructions
The procedure for submitting a charity registration online is as follows:
- Download the Charitable Organization Registration Form or the Charitable Exemption Form
- Complete the fillable PDF form and save the completed copy
- Upload the completed Form and the requested supporting documentation in the fields provided below. (See the Charitable Organization Registration Checklist or Charitable Exemption Checklist for requested supporting documentation.)
- Pay the required registration fee(s) by check. Checks should be made payable to the “Louisiana Department of Justice.”
