Today, Louisiana filed a reply in support of its motion to dismiss the federal lawsuit filed by the Southeastern Conference. The filing follows the SEC’s refusal to agree to the State’s motion to dismiss. Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill responded:

“Again, no rules were broken. If Greg Sankey won’t dismiss the case, the court should do it for him.” – AG Liz Murrill

The parties will now await a decision from the Court.
