AG Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrests man for being in possession of child sexual abuse material under the age of 13
Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Jefferson Parish for being in possession of videos of children under the age of 13 being raped.
The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the uploading of images containing child sexual abuse material to an internet search engine.
On May 1, a search warrant was executed at on Honore Drive, at the home of 60-year-old Christopher M. Leboeuf, where it was determined the child sexual abuse material was uploaded from.
At the conclusion of the search warrant execution, Leboeuf was found to be in possession of at least two videos of children under the age of 13 being raped. He was subsequently booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center.
He is being charged with:
- 2 Counts - 14:81.1 E(5)(a) -- Child Sexual abuse material under the age of thirteen
This arrest is the result of the Orleans Metro ICAC Task Force. The agencies that assisted us in this case were the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, the St. Charles Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Kenner Police Department.
His bond information is unknown at this time.
The investigation continues.
