Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Agents Arrest Terrytown Man on 28 Counts of Child Sexual Abuse Material; Used Roblox and TikTok to Target Children

Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a 20-year-old man from Terrytown on multiple counts of child sexual abuse material after he used Roblox and TikTok to target children.

LBI Agents received CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in reference to child sexual abuse material.

Agents conducted a search warrant at the residence belonging to 20-year-old Wilhelm Daniel Molina Flores, of Gary Ct. in Terrytown.

During a post Miranda interview, he advised he traded CSAM (child sexual abuse material) as well as communicated with children under the age of 17 years old in a sexual manner and also exchanged images, sexual in nature, with the juveniles. Agents also located additional images and videos of CSAM (under the age of 13 years old) on the devices belonging to Molina Flores.

Molina Flores admitted to utilizing multiple social media outlets for CSAM including but not limited to TikTok and Roblox.

He was arrested and booked into the Jefferson Parish Prison on charges of:

Great work by all of our law enforcement partners on our Orleans Metro ICAC Task Force on this arrest," said Attorney General Liz Murrill.
