River Ridge man arrested by AG Murrill's Office for Child Sexual Abuse Material and Sexual Abuse of an Animal
A man from River Ridge has been arrested by Attorney General Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) for Child Sexual Abuse Material and Sexual Abuse of an Animal.
45-year-old Joseph Scott Warren, of Tallulah Avenue in River Ridge, was arrested on March 24, for violating:
- 14:81.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material - 7 counts
- 14:89.3 Sexual Abuse of an Animal - 9 counts
LBI agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
This arrest is part of the newly established Orleans Metro ICAC Task Force.
This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crimes Unit, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Kenner Police Department, the Gretna Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, and the LBI/LSP Fugitive Apprehension Unit.
Warren was booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center.
His bond amount is unknown at this time.
