Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested an illegal alien for Possesssion of Child Sexual Abuse Material on August 11, 2025.

27-year-old Denilson Bustillo-Izaguirre was arrested on Southpark Drive in Baton Rouge for violating:

• LA R.S. 14:81.1 Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material Under the age of 13 (Felony) - 10 Counts

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with General Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and Homeland Security Investigations.

Bustillo-Izaguirre was ultimately booked into the Ascension Parish Jail.

"He should've never been in our country to begin with. My office won't stop until those who hurt our kids are brought to justice," said Attorney General Liz Murrill.

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued a detainer hold.

Bustillo-Izaguirre total bond amount is reportedly $2,500,000.

The investigation is ongoing.
