Agents with Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man for Pornography Involving Juveniles on April 17, 2025.

48-year-old Herbert Anthony Lloyd, of Virginia Drive in Metairie, was arrested for violating:

• LA R.S. 14:81.1 (Distribution of) Pornography Involving Juveniles under Age of Thirteen; 30 count

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Lloyd was later transported to the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center and booked accordingly.
