Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Shreveport on April 9, 2025.

36-year-old Nicholas Steiner, was arrested on Dee Street in Shreveport on these charges:

• LA R.S. 14.81.1 Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of 13 (13 Counts)
• LA R.S. 14:89.3 Sexual Abuse of Animals (2 Counts)

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was the result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, and the US Marshall’s Task Force.

Steiner was booked into the Caddo Parish Correctional Center.

He is reportedly being held without bond.
