Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Agents arrest Luling man for 92 Counts of Sexual Abuse of an Animal
Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Luling on disturbing charges on April 3, 2025.
58-year-old Dirk Paul Webre, of St. John Street in Luling, was arrested for violating:
- 2 Counts of LA RS 14:81.1 Pornography involving juveniles (Possession) (Felony)
- 92 Counts LA RS 14:89.3 Sexual Abuse of an Animal (Felony)
“Unfortunately, these types of crimes our agents never run out of work on. Great work by Our LBI agents, deputies with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations, for getting this disturbing individual off the streets of Luling," said Attorney General Liz Murrill.
Webre was booked into the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center.
His bond information is unknown at this time.
