Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Marrero on March 25, 2025.

27-year-old Eugene Archie IV, of Grielleta Ct in Marrero, was arrested for violating:

• LA R.S. 14:81.1 (Distribution of) Pornography Involving Juveniles under Age of Thirteen; 19 counts

Agents initially got a tip form the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Archie was later transported to the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center and booked accordingly.  

His bond information is unknown at this time.
