Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrests man for Sexual Abuse of Animals and Pornography Involving Juveniles

Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation agents arrested a Monroe man on March 21, 2025.

20-year-old Demaria White, was arrested on Dixie Avenue in Monroe, for violating:

  • LA R.S. 14.81.1 Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of 13 (2 Counts)
  • LA R.S. 14:89.3 Sexual Abuse of Animals (4 Counts)
Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was the result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation and the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office.

White was booked into the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center.
