Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Vernon Parish on February 13, 2025.

56-year-old James Stacy Deloach, of Raymond Drive in New Llano, was arrested in Leesville for:

• 100 Count(s) of 14:81.1-- Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of 13 (FELONY)

Deloach is a registered sex offender as well.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.

Deloach was booked into the Vernon Parish Jail.

His bond information is pending at this time.
